Cured in the ideal microclimate of Parma, where salty sea breezes gently age the meat, each leg is carefully salted and rested for three months, then coated with pork fat to protect and enrich the flavor during the remainder of its 18-month aging journey.
The result is a melt-in-your-mouth prosciutto that’s tender, deep pink in color, and delicately sweet and buttery.
