Cheese made in the traditional way with pasteurized sheep's milk and matured in Pedro Ximénez. With a toasted brown appearance on the outside and pearly ivory on the inside, it presents suggestive Pedro Ximénez veins. It has a very pleasant aroma of sweetened milk and, in the mouth, it has a medium creamy-melting firmness, soft on the palate and with a sweet aftertaste of Pedro Ximénez.
