This is a Manchego Cheese made in the natural region of La Mancha, from the milk of Manchega Breed sheep, yellowish or light ivory in color, with a firm and friable texture, it has a great intensity with a predominance of the smell of Sheep's milk, with acidic and lactic notes such as yogurt, cream and some hints of hay in seasonal seasons. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and from farms registered. A maturation process of approximately 3 months.
