Alcalá Oliva has selected this excellent Balsamic Vinegar that is made following the ancient method of oxidation of wine and concentrated must. The most mature and best quality grapes are selected, depending also on their richness in sugars and their content in aromatic esters. The balsamic vinegar rests for a long time in American and French oak barrels.
We carry out the manufacturing of both the packaging process and the final single-serve, with its authentic and genuine packaging, faithful reflection of the fruit of the olive, which has become our distinctive sign.
